For years Tracy and Sara had wanted to go to the annual Neil Diamond birthday party in Chicago, attended by some of Neil Diamond's biggest fans. But living on the west coast made it difficult to make it to the event, especially just after the holidays. But when Tracy and Sara checked the website late in 2010, they were shocked to see that January 2011 would be the 25th and final Neil Diamond birthday party. It was settled….they had to attend. After an incredible weekend filled with fun events and even better company, it became more sadly apparent that this was going to be "The Last Picasso." Being Neil Diamond fans since childhood, Tracy and Sara couldn't believe that the fun and friends they had just now encountered for the first time could be gone so quickly! Or would they be…..
With the help of fellow fans, Justine and Deb, Sara and Tracy were able to continue the tradition and successfully threw the 1st annual Neil Diamond birthday party in San Diego, last January. They were joined by many past party goers as well as some fresh faces. Check out the images page for pics of the last party!
